pontium is a price comparison platform. We display product prices from third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. We do not process transactions. Purchases are made directly with the relevant retailer.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are accurate. However, prices are provided by merchants and may change without notice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Always confirm the price with the retailer before purchasing.
The platform is free for consumers. No account is required. You may use the platform to search for products, compare prices, and view merchant information. You agree not to scrape, copy, or redistribute data from the platform without permission.
Merchants access the platform through a paid subscription. Merchant terms are governed by the separate Merchant Agreement. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and prices.
All content, design, and code on pontium.com.au is owned by Pontium Pty Ltd. The pontium name, logo, and brand identity are our property. Merchant product listings remain the property of the respective merchants.
pontium is a comparison platform, not a retailer. We are not liable for the quality, availability, or pricing of products sold by merchants listed on the platform. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform or reliance on information displayed on it. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (which, for consumers, is zero).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or attempts to manipulate the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
